Mansion Strike: Counter Ops

Last updated: 2 August 2026  ·  Effective: 2 August 2026

The short version. The game itself does not ask you for a name, an email address or an account, and your progress is saved on your own device. It is free and paid for by advertising, and the advertising companies whose ads appear in it do receive your device's advertising ID. You can switch that off at any time in your phone's settings, and the game still works exactly the same.

1. Who we are

This policy explains how the mobile game Mansion Strike: Counter Ops ("the Game", "we", "us") handles information. It applies to the Android and iOS versions of the Game and to nothing else.

If you have any question about anything below, write to stgamevn@gmail.com. A person reads that address.

2. Information the Game does not collect

So that this is unambiguous, the Game does not ask for, collect or transmit any of the following:

3. Information stored on your device

Your progress is saved locally, on the phone or tablet you are playing on. It is not uploaded to us and we cannot see it. This includes:

Deleting the Game deletes all of it. There is no cloud backup and no way to restore it, so uninstalling is permanent.

4. Information collected by advertising

The Game is free and is supported by ads. We use third-party advertising networks, which may include Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network. To show and measure ads, these networks may receive:

WhatWhy
Advertising identifier
(Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA)
To select ads, to limit how often the same ad is shown to you, and to measure whether an ad worked. This is a resettable ID that is not your name and is not permanently tied to you.
Device and app information Device model, operating system version, language, country, and the app's own identifier and version — used to serve an ad that fits your screen and region.
Coarse location from IP address Approximate country or city level, derived from your IP address by the ad network. The Game does not request or receive GPS location.
Ad interaction Whether an ad was shown, viewed or tapped.

This data goes to the ad network directly. We receive only aggregate reporting — how many ads were shown and what they earned — which does not identify any individual player.

These networks have their own privacy policies, which govern what they do with the data:

5. Crash and stability data

If the Game crashes, an anonymous crash report may be generated containing the device model, the OS version and a technical stack trace showing where in the code it failed. It contains no personal information and is used only to fix the fault.

6. Your choices and how to exercise them

Turn off personalised advertising

Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID, or Opt out of Ads Personalisation.

iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track. On iOS 14.5 and later the Game must ask your permission before it can use the IDFA at all, and declining is respected.

With personalisation off you will still see ads, but they will be generic rather than chosen for you. The Game plays identically either way — no feature is withheld and nothing is locked behind agreeing.

Delete your data

Uninstalling the Game removes everything stored on your device. To reset what the ad networks hold, delete or reset your advertising ID using the steps above. If you want to ask us directly about deletion, email stgamevn@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

The Game is a shooter with realistic-looking firearms and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and the UK). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, email stgamevn@gmail.com and we will delete it.

8. Your rights under GDPR and UK GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on consent — which is the basis for personalised advertising — you may withdraw it at any time, using the settings in section 6 or by asking us.

Our lawful bases are consent for personalised advertising, and legitimate interests for keeping the Game working and diagnosing crashes.

To exercise any of these rights, email stgamevn@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

9. Your rights under CCPA/CPRA (California)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing". We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing an advertising identifier with an ad network for cross-context behavioural advertising may be treated as "sharing" under the CPRA — you can opt out using the device settings in section 6, or by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

10. Data retention and transfers

We do not hold a database of players, so there is nothing on our side to retain. Data held by the advertising networks is retained according to their own policies, linked in section 4. Those providers operate globally, so data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States, under the safeguards described in their policies.

11. Security

Data sent between the Game and the advertising networks is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, for any significant change, note it in the app's release notes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated policy.
