This Privacy Policy explains how Mewnarch: Cat Queen Puzzle (the “Game,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you play it on Android or iOS. We built the Game to be cozy and respectful of your privacy: we do not require an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email, or any personal details to play.
By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Who we are
The Game is published by the Mewnarch development team (the “Developer”). For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at:
- Email: nmtoan91@gmail.com
2. Information we collect
We do not collect data that personally identifies you. The Game itself stores your progress only on your device. However, the Game shows ads through a third-party advertising service, and that service may collect certain device and usage information as described below.
| Data type | Collected by | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress & settings (current level, stars, coins, audio preferences) | The Game (stored locally on your device only) | Save your progress so you can continue where you left off |
| Advertising identifier (e.g. Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), approximate IP-based location, and ad interaction/performance data | Our advertising partner (Unity LevelPlay / ironSource and its mediated ad networks) | Serve and measure ads, limit repetition, and prevent ad fraud |
| Coarse device & technical information (device model, operating system version, language, network type, crash diagnostics) | Our advertising partner | Deliver ads compatible with your device and keep the service reliable |
We do not knowingly collect your name, email address, phone number, precise GPS location, photos, contacts, or payment-card details.
3. Advertising
The Game is free to play and supported by ads (banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded video ads). We use Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) as our ad mediation provider. LevelPlay may work with additional third-party ad networks to fill ad space. These partners may use device identifiers and similar technologies to show ads, including ads that may be tailored to your interests.
You can control or reset ad personalization at the operating-system level:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
For details on how our ad partner handles data, see the Unity / ironSource Privacy Policy.
4. How we use information
- To save and restore your in-game progress on your device.
- To display and measure advertising that keeps the Game free.
- To diagnose crashes and improve stability and performance.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and technical problems.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. Information described above is shared only with our advertising and analytics service provider(s) so they can deliver the ad and diagnostic functions of the Game. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. Children's privacy
The Game is family-friendly and rated for general audiences. It is not directed to children under the age required by your local law (for example, under 13 in the United States, or under 16 in parts of the EU) for the purpose of collecting personal data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it. Where required, ads are configured to comply with policies such as Google Play’s Families policy and applicable children’s privacy laws.
7. Data retention
Your game progress is stored locally on your device and is removed when you delete the Game or clear its data. Information processed by our ad partner is retained according to that partner’s own retention policies.
8. Your choices and rights
- Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings (see Section 3).
- Delete all locally stored progress by uninstalling the Game or clearing its app data.
- Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make such a request, email us at nmtoan91@gmail.com.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International users
The Game is available worldwide. Information processed by our service providers may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. By using the Game, you consent to such processing.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version at this URL. Significant changes may also be announced in the Game or its store listing. Your continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
